ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Jessica Barnett. I entered the Adult & Teen Challenge Women’s Home on April 15, 2025. When I first came into the program, I was scared, hopeless, and searching for a chance at a new life. I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew I needed change.

After four months in the Women’s Home, I was reunited with my six-year-old son and moved to the Beauty for Ashes Women and Children’s Home. That was a turning point in my life. Over the past 11 months, I have found the Lord, and through Him I have found hope, faith, healing, and a new way of living. My life is not the same as it was before — it has been restored in ways I never thought were possible.

I thank the Lord every day for what He has done and continues to do in my life, in my family’s life, and in the lives of the people around me. I am so grateful for this program, for the people who have walked beside me, and for the second chance I have been given.
