ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Shaketa Lane and I am a proud resident and upcoming house manager of Teen Challenge in Fredericksburg, VA! I came to Teen Challenge in August 2024 as a last resort on my mission of freedom from addiction and to find hope for my future. Upon my 8 months of being here I have found all of that and so much more because of my new found faith and growing love for God! Since being here at Teen Challenge I have learned that I am not only a child of God, I am unconditionally and forever loved by Him and I have found tremendous peace upon allowing Him in my life and accepting Him as my Lord and savior. With this I am excited about the upcoming Hike to raise the funds for other women to find the freedom in Christ just like me.
